Part-Time Administrative Officer (volunteer)
The LDF seeks an experienced and committed individual to fulfil this one day a week role, based at Pimlico, SW1. The job involves undertaking both financial and administrative tasks as part of the Diocese of London’s partnership with its Link Dioceses in Angola and Mozambique. Reporting to the ALMA Link Officer who, in turn, reports to the Chair of the ALMA Task Group, this post will fulfil a key role in the purposes of ALMA in its tenth anniversary year and of its part in London Challenge 2012.
The essential requirements are:
• Experienced in using a PC with Microsoft Word and Excel software.
• Experience with basic accounting/record-keeping procedures.
• Meticulous in recording and checking facts and figures.
• Ability to draft letters to a high standard and take notes and draft accurate minutes of meetings.
• Commitment to the purposes of the ALMA Partnership and London Challenge 2012.
