Debate on food ethics, Christianity and the environment
The first debate in our series of environmental events, Creation in Crisis, when we will be exploring the links between Christianity and ecology. The debate will look at the effect our eating habits may be having on the environment and climate change. It will offer reasons for making different consumer choices in regard to the food we buy, and place the discussion in the context of communities of faith and earth stewardship. Speakers include Nigel Winter (Vegan Society), Brother Samuel (Society of St Francis) and Silvija Davidson (Slow Food). See our website for more details: www.smvph.org.uk/creation-in-crisis
