Annual debate in Prisons Week. A Cheapside Debate in association with the Sheriffs' & Recorder's Fund.
Speakers: Ruth Bond (chair, National Federation of Women's Institutes) and Alan Duncan MP (recently appointed Shadow Prisons Minister); Chair: Jon Snow (Channel 4 News). There will also be an exhibition and sale of art, painted by prisoners, through the Burnbake Trust, followed by refreshments.
