The Grand Union Youth Orchestra of East London is an ensemble of talented young musicians from East London between the ages of 15-25 who play an amazing range of instruments.

Open Rehearsal, now in its 4th year, is a Mayor of London initiative taking place across London from 26th to 28th September 2008. This coincides with the launch of the Cultural Olympiad and Open Rehearsal will form a core London activity for this.

A chance for talented young instrumentalists aged 14 -25 (Grade 5 standard or above) to come and experience what it's like to play in East London's only jazz and world music youth ensemble.
