A conference by: "Mind & Soul" and St Paul's Theological Centre. The conference will help you understand where emotional distress comes from, see how it relates to a person's faith and learn how to offer practical help. Keynote Talks given by experts will explore the main themes. A choice of Workshop Sessions allow smaller groups to learn practical skills and develop ideas.
St Marylebone Healing and Counselling Centre: A morning with Natasha Morgan, a Gestalt therapist, teaching at the Metanoia Institute, will explore some of the connections between these ancient traditions and explain how she uses them clinically, and as a personal resource.
